Whole chicken serve 2-4. When only rotisserie chicken is served, recommended 1/2 chicken per person. Rotisserie Show Cooking in designated are, parking lot, empty are around your building. We use propane gas rotisserie ovens. Cook 40 chickens in 1 hour, for large events we have available multiple units. Side dishes ideas: potato au gratin, garlic mashed potatoes, saffron rice, wild rice, baked potato, garlic French fries, Brussel sprouts, asparagus, tri color: fancy carrot - broccoli - cauliflower, marinated artichoke - roasted peppers - mushrooms.
